The avoidance of sealed surfaces in favor of permeable coverings and natural vegetation structures promotes biodiversity and creates a vibrant, dynamic contrast to conventional urban landscapes.

Upon entering the building, a landscape unfolds where the existing flora has not only been preserved but deliberately integrated into the overall concept to promote biodiversity. At the center is a courtyard, with an artfully designed body of water as its focal point.
This water feature serves not only as an ecological functional unit but also creates tranquil retreats that offer both employees and customers space for relaxation and inspiration.
