Key responsibilities and planning
The core tasks of this project involve open space planning in service phases LPH2-5, ensuring a socially and environmentally sustainable design. The design process incorporates nature-based solutions to enhance biodiversity, emphasizing permeable surfaces and abundant green spaces.
Additionally, the aesthetics of the courtyard are a central focus, aiming to create functional and visually appealing environments.
Expansion and Certification
The project supports the expansion and new construction of the training center in compliance with BNB (German Sustainable Building Council) certification standards. This certification highlights the commitment to sustainable building practices, ensuring that the facility not only meets functional requirements but also makes a positive contribution to the environment and society.
